Have It Your Way

You can call it anything you want, I guess. We have reached that place in society where one is never sure what we are talking about.

Example? Protests filled the streets last night as citizens concerned about justice and relationship building between Cops and Neighborhoods destroyed cars, burned buildings, looted stores and shops, threw bricks and took gunshots at authorities.

Example? The campaign for the top political office in the Nation surged toward restoration of a GREAT AMERICA with one side claiming it is, and the other claiming they will make it so, while both sides lie, cheat, steal, slander, damage, destroy, ignore the Constitution, and vilify every Citizen who dares to speak Truth or owns a gun.

One more example – this one from TIME:

There are now 61 detainees in the naval base at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba after 12 Yemeni and three Afghan citizens were transferred Saturday, the Miami Heraldreports.

Who was transferred? Citizens? I thought they were terrorists. If they are “citizens” what are they doing at Gitmo? If they are terrorists, why are they being released? I guess maybe they used to be terrorists, but we rehabilitated  them and now they are “citizens.” Whatever. . .as long as it’s not your son, daughter, father, husband, wife, mother, sister, etc., on the battlefield.

It’s like that word “christian.” One can have it mean just anything you like.
