Just Thinking
I will make the assumption that at some time, as the years of life grow toward the end, we (people) begin to think about the transition coming, as it does, for every one. That is not a bad thing. Worry and fear are bad things, but getting our self in order is wise. Scripture is clear. We are appointed to transition {die} from this life into the next life. We all will enter eternal life, and the options are TWO.
Now that I have reached “old age” I spend a good bit of time thinking about the success and failures of my long life here on this Earth. I will be giving an account to my FATHER about the good things I have accomplished, and the unconfessed failures will be left behind. One of those failures may be that I failed to invite you to discover eternal life through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ some 2000 years ago. If so, contact me and I will give you the TRUTH of NEW BIRTH. It is as free as the air you have breathed every day of your life.
This old age living is difficult. Will any one want my “stuff”? Will my offspring want some of my Earthly treasures? Will people forget me completely? Well, I could go on. . .but. . .not for long.
