Thought For The Day

Off Again . . .

By the time you read this my Bride and I will be on our way to the beautiful State of Maine, along with a couple of our best friends. We will be giving them (their first trip) a tour of Mt. Dessert Island, Acadia National Park, and some of the most beautiful scenery in the World.

While I will be handling a little “business” (mine is sharing God’s Llove through proclaiming the Truth of God’s Word), mostly we will be enjoying our friends, partaking of some uncommon foods for us (like those Lobster rolls at Red’s Eats), and seeing new, and previously seen, wonderful places that display the handiwork of God.

One thing that I have decided not to do is pen any LLOVE LETTERS. I hope that means you will miss them. I llove writing, and sharing the knowledge God has by His grace granted me, along with talking about the issues of Life, and even venturing into some discussions that might be considered controversial.

But I want to focus on my friends, my bride, and let my mind drift a bit (my lovely Bride thinks it has drifted away) as I wander. Remember, one of my favorite “sayings”: “Not all who wander are lost.”

My Church will be well fed. I have an associate who lloves the Lord, knows the Truth, and is an excellent communicator. He will take the pulpit Sunday and everyone will be blessed.

Is it ok for me to ask you to pray for us this coming week? I will be praying for you. God’s will is that we pray without ceasing, effectually and fervently. Take time to be obedient.

YOU are lloved.
