Do you ever have hair-brain ideas? I was just thinking about winning wars (I know, you though I was busy working at my job). I have this feeling that we have not yet won the one in Iraq. . .and if history serves me right, no one has ever won one in Afghanistan. We have been turning the security of Baghdad over to the locals, and yesterday, the city was blown up in several places all at the same time. Sounds like a bit of a problem to me.
