Do  you ever feel like the solution to the problem comes just a little too late for you to benefit? I have an idea that there are many families that are experiencing that just now. According to Associated Press, President Obama has as his goal “to prevent millions of American families from losing their houses because they can’t make mortgage payments.” While no one, as far as we know, understands how that plan is going to work, imagine being a family who experienced foreclosure last month, or the month before, and their home was sold, and they are not likely to be getting another one, at least not soon.
