The Average Day

Congress is doing what they almost always do. . .not much. Retailers are decided they will influence our society by making changes to what, or to whom, they will sell certain products. Service providers (think: Airlines, Car Rental Companies, Insurance Companies, etc.) will end their association with the NRA (National Rifle Association). Students are walking out of classrooms during school hours, teachers are ignoring subject matter to discuss “gun violence,” and a few individuals are destroying their personal firearms to protest recent murders.

Meanwhile drugs are destroying lives by the thousands, gang violence, often resulting in murders by the dozen, continues, alcohol kills over and over in multiple ways, the most innocent among us are killed in utero, through partial birth abortion, and by family violence before they can walk and talk.

Thousands of people are killed regularly in the multitude of wars around the Globe that continue day after day and year after year.

This is a dangerous World. It always has been. . .Able was first to notice, and it always will be so. Unless. . .the only thing that changes the heart of man is recognized and accepted. Billy Graham told more people about “the answer” than anyone in our lifetime, and yet. . .the reality is. . .life as we know it will never change. Throughout the course of this World mankind has, with some exceptions, chosen to embrace the Enemy. His strength is each man’s ability to live outside the Truth, embrace evil, and avoid responsibility before God.

Some have said, “The End is Near.” Perhaps. But until then, stand in the Truth, Worship the Creator, Llove one another, and gather with the family of God while there is yet time. TheWorld’s. . .and yours.
