Sharing the Truth

People who are not interested in living a holy and righteous life are quick to avoid being exposed to the Truth. They may or may not be Believers (those who have been “born again”), and in either case are convicted by God’s word for either their sin (unbelievers), or lack of righteousness (Believers). It is easy for many to stumble into complacency and avoid what they so desperately need to hear and understand. They don’t attend “Church,” or they move around from one “Church” to another until they find a comfortable place where Truth is not the issue. That is a good time to examine themselves to see if they are actually a part of the family of God. ( 2 Corinthians 13:5)

Genuine Believers can fall away though negligible involvement or compromises regarding God’s Word. God does bring His children who remain in sin to discipline (Hebrews 12:5-11). Sooner or later there must be a reconciliation with God.

Check your present situation regarding the intake of Truth from God’s Word, and find a person or place that can be a part of your growth toward living a righteous and holy life day by day. It’s good to be there!
