Believe

I admit it. I gave up and went to bed. I watched the Mavericks playoff game Monday night with Oklahoma City until a minute or two into the fourth quarter, then turned off the TV. They were too far behind and playing (in my opinion) poorly.

Coach Carlisle said it best: “They just kept believing!”

I gave up to easy. I quit too early. I missed the excitement, the expectation, the victory.

How often do we do that in the Spiritual things of life? We just need to “keep believing.” God is still in charge. Get excited! Become expectant! Keep believing!!
