There is  nothing magical about the number 12. Jesus chose 12 to follow Him as Disciples while He walked through this life. It could have ben 6, or 15. It’s possible that we might know who would have been number 13. Matthew and Luke tell us about a “rich young ruler” (no name given) who came to Jesus and asked questions about life. Matthew tells us he was young and rich. Luke tells us he was a Ruler. He asked all the right questions – and got the right answers. If you pay close attention it is clear that he, like the other 12 Disciples, was invited to “follow Me”…
