One of these days each of us has an appointment. Hebrews 9:27 reminds us that the end of this life is out there somewhere, and judgment follows. Paul, the Apostle, wrote to the Church in Corinth about “the day” that follows one’s home going. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light.
