I am not sure I understand the whole process involved in the minds of people when it comes to “holy books” like the Bible and the Koran. There is no doubt that the Word of God (which is provided in written form in the Bible) is holy in that it is the revelation of God to men. I have seen Bibles burned, ripped to shreds, treated indecently, etc., over the years, but never grown unrighteously angry about it. Books are books. It is the Word of God that is of value.
