As American citizens we cannot be, indeed must not be, “one issue people” as we elect to office those who will make Governmental decisions regarding “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” It is easy to focus on the “economy” right now. Financial matters are difficult for many, perhaps most, in our Nation. “Jobs” are often at the forefront of the thinking of those who are without. . .and those who don’t want to be. “Illegal aliens” are a continual source of concern for a large segment of our population, and the “moral issues” are the consuming passion of many millions of American citizens.
