I’m thinking about putting in a bid to buy the Texas Ranger Baseball Club. I am sure I don’t understand how this all works, but evidently someone who owns part of the team now is not going to get paid, so it must be that one will get them for less than they are supposedly worth. But then, it is the Rangers. I heard on the radio this morning an ad from a company who said if you owe past due Federal taxes (income tax), talk to them (this company) and the Government will “settle” with you for less than you owe.
