It is not unusual to hear calls for “warning signs.” It is equally not unusual to see folks ignoring those sign which already exist. Yesterday’s tragedy in Ft. Worth, Texas is a prime example of such a call. Under the picture in the newspaper of a low-water dam in the park where a man drowned were these words – “A man drowned Monday at this low-water dam in Trinity Park after his wife and foster daughter fell in.
