How to Vote If You Are a Believer
Some folks are loudly shouting, “don’t tell me how to vote.” But I think it is within my responsibilities to tell you exactly how to vote. . .so here goes.
Register (It’s probably too late if you haven’t accomplished that by now).
Learn all you can about each candidate for which you are going to vote (probably too late to learn much, but try your best) for each office
- Pray. Ask God to make it clear to you those candidates who are most probably going to govern in a manner that is pleasing to Him
- Pray. Ask God to speak to your heart (by the power of His Spirit) regarding any decisions about which you are not sure from direction number 1.
- Repeat No. 1.
- Repeat No. 1.
- Repeat No. 1.
- Find your polling place and show up there during hours that it is open and accepting voters. Mark your ballot carefully.
- Thank God that you live in the United States of America and have the freedom to vote.
- Go home and Pray for our Nation and it’s leaders.
- Continue No. 8 throughout the rest of 2018, 2019, ad infinitum.

I only vote for those I know (or think I know) something good about. The rest are in God’s hands.
