I see people doing all sorts of dangerous stuff in cars. The fact is, some folks who drive should confine their trips to the boundaries of their driveway. The NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) is making a new recommendation regarding cell phones and cars according to Newsweek – The National Safety Transportation Board, whose job it is to improve the safety of all kinds of travel, doesn’t have the power to regulate any kind of driving practice.
