How many times in the last few hours have I heard someone say, “It just isn’t fair.” They are talking about the persons (or person, since there is now a controversy as to who actually “owned” the winning ticket) who won the Connecticut Lottery. Some have said that it isn’t fair that someone who is already “wealthy” should win a lottery. I heard one National news spokesperson, who is reported to make more than a million dollars a year, say last evening, “what on Earth will they do with that much money?” Huh?
