There never seems to be an end to the rotten behavior of “so-called” parents. I am really of a mind that there need to be some “requirements” before one can bring children into this World. I have no idea how that could be done – or why it should be needed except for the fallen nature of mankind. Hospitals routinely deal with the abuse heaped on children, up to and including the taking of their lives. Severe penalty ought always to follow. I can’t imagine an angry father throwing a child overboard from a boat, or a distraught mother placing her baby in scalding water. The mentality of such actions escapes…
