Is the end near? Absolutely! I don’t think we are going to able to fix all of our problems. Not because we don’t have the expertise to do so, we do. Unfortunately altruism is not our strongest attribute. Social Security is problematic. So is Medicare, Medicaid, health-care in general, and the National Debt  making our continued financial policies and procedures unsustainable. Collective bargaining is a major factor driving  employers, Counties,  and States toward a bankruptcy from which they cannot recover. While our leaders promote austerity, they are busy with lavish vacations, junkets, studies, and the like, costing the American taxpayer exorbitant amounts.
