I am trying to remember my Civics lessons from the 10th grade (yes, we did go past 8th grade when I was young). I was thinking that the United Sates has a representative Government. By that, I mean the members of Congress represent the people of the Nation in legislative matters, and if a constituent, or represented person is “angry,” with their representative, wouldn’t that mean they feel they are not being fairly represented?
