Shake It Up

Have you ever wished that you could just “shake some things” until right returned and wisdom prevailed? Maybe God decided to send a little message to the “children” (read: Congress) in Washington.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A 5.9 magnitude earthquake centered northwest of Richmond, Va., shook much of Washington, D.C. . . .when the quake struck at 1:51 p.m. EDT.

Actually I am pretty sure that was not the case. . .but I wish it was, and I hope it would work. America is becoming more Godless everyday and the people of the United States, and the  Church of Jesus Christ are doing little to “shake up” the only folks who might be able to turn the tide from a political perspective.

I am sure you know by now I don’t believe in separation of Church and State. I think the Church ought to control the State and implement a Biblical theocracy wherein the path of the Country is accountable to the Scripture. We are quick to say that won’t work, but let me ask you – if everyone lloved the Lord God of Heaven with all of their heart, soul, mind, and strength, and their neighbor as themselves – what could go wrong.

Yea, I know. We have all the crazy people. I say just lock ’em in the Capitol building where they work and forget ’em.
