Unchecked
I am not sure how any thinking person could miss the Governmental misbehavior of the bureaucracy (the IRS for example) which seems to be the norm in Washington these days. I say that understanding that many thinkers are perfectly happy with larger and more intrusive Government. We are, in my opinion, living in the days which the writers of the Constitution feared if the document they prepared was lacking. One writer in the online publication, Red State, says it pretty well I think:
If this behavior goes unchecked we can look forward to more and more egregious violations of our actual citizenship by unelected and unanswerable agencies. And we need to keep in mind these agencies do not change direction simply because there is a new president.
To repeat (in different words) what I wrote day before yesterday, we have much to fear in the Church as well as our Nation. If we are unable to get the “false prophets” out of the Church, return to a Biblical theology, and rebuild a Godly people, even more “egregious violations” of God’s design and purpose will prevail.
