How does one define an individual – what are the criteria used to determine if an individual is honest, trustworthy, wise, competent. . . (I could go on and on). I read with interest the following statements made by a current Presidential candidate – “I do not define my candidacy by my religion. “A person should not be elected because of his faith nor should he be rejected because of his faith.” (ABC World News) Scripture defines every person by their faith in God or lack thereof.
