Working People?

Maybe you can help me. I really need to know who the “working people” are. After all, we are financing our Government on the back of “working people.” “Working people” are being called on to pay for everything from highway construction to support for illegal aliens. I suppose then that the “non-working people” aren’t paying for anything.  Right? I am just confused.

I think I know the following: (maybe)

1) If your income is over $250k a year – you’re not a “working person.”

2) If you a Republican who has been elected to public office – you’re not a “working person.”

3) If you own a small business you are not a “working person.” (Only the people who work FOR you are “working people.”)

4) If you are President of the United States you are not a “working person.” (Mostly I believe THAT is true)

5) If you are part of a Corporation or an Oil Company you are not a “working person.”

I’m just trying to figure out whether I am a “working person.” If I am, then I need to get with it. If not, I don’t plan to get up until late in the morning from now on.
