According to Associated Press there is a roadside billboard sign in Iowa that says, in part, – “Radical leaders prey on the fearful & naive.” While that particular sign may be purely political, it points to at least two important truths. First, leaders of any kind utilize their skills to move those less skilled toward whatever it is the leader is attempting to accomplish. We may argue over whether leaders or born or made, but the fact is that some (usually few) can and do lead while others (usually many) are content to follow.
