What a beautiful morning in North Texas. Unusual, and while distressing to many, I just love snow. I am not reaching for the ski equipment quite yet, but just for the few moments this will last, I am a happy man. There is nothing in my mind that is cleaner and more pure white (and I guess one could debate the purity of snow these days) than fresh falling snow. If it lasts long enough it coats everything with that beautiful, unspoiled look of newness. The Psalmist spoke to one of the reasons I feel as I do about snow. In Psalm 51, his prayer to God is, “Surely You desire integrity…
