Every time I enter a courthouse, or a airport, or any number of other places, I am confronted with taking off my shoes, belt, emptying my pockets, and opening my briefcase (or whatever), and the occasional “pat-down.” I hate it. I hear this morning on the news that the parents of those children taken from the FLDS compound in Texas are going to get their kids back because the State had no reason, right, or authority to take them in the first place – but, the parents, who evidently have done nothing wrong (from a legal standpoint) have to be photographed, fingerprinted, agree to parenting classes, and “surprise” inspections at…
