A Little Good News

With so much bad news in the neighborhood, it’s great to hear that a little sanity seems to remain. Texas is one of those places where some want to have a place to murder babies in every little town and burg. We can’t keep up with the number of people who demand to have their sex regardless of the cost. If babies were delivered by storks, there is not a handful of people who would vote that those babies be killed. But since they are the result of sexual activity, the demand is to have an ultimate solution that will allow sexual activity to continue unabated by the result.

A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that Texas can immediately begin to enforce strict new abortion restrictions that will in effect close all except seven abortion facilities in the second largest state in the country. (TIME)

This is hardly even a good start in dealing with the problem of infanticide in our society, but it is, at least, a step in the right direction.

Thanks to those Federal Judges who have found the courage to stand for what is right and good, at least from the perspective of good health practices, during the carnage that besets us.
