In an article by Liz Goodwin, Yahoo News, she discusses the possibilities that might be handed down from the U. S. Supreme Court after they hear two cases next week regarding California Proposition 8 and the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act. Since the Court is almost equally divided by Politics (as opposed to being a group of mature, wise individuals who make decisions which are never politically oriented but based in and built on Constitutional Law) there is much speculation regarding the stance of Justice Kennedy, who seems to vacillate between two opinions (to put it Biblically – see 1 Kings 18:21).
