We’re getting killed! I hope you take that in the euphemistic way in which I mean it (you know, when your favorite football team is behind by 40 points). Willow Creek, who told us they had Church right and all the rest of us had it wrong, is now telling us they didn’t. They are developing a new plan (right, of course, in their thinking) which will soon follow the former. The Reformed guys are heavy into preaching the Gospel (a mandatory best thing) and ministering the sacraments (a good thing) with a heavy dose of liturgical sameness (OK, but not mandatory).
