Thought For The Day

Politics

In this momentary pause between Conventions, let me make Lloveletters political position crystal clear. You should listen, plan, and vote when the time comes. You may want to vote early, or by mail, and miss some of the “rush.” If you can’t vote until “election day” make sure you set aside enough time to “get ‘er done.”

Our Nation is a Representative Republic. We deserve what we get. If “we the people” don’t stand up for what is true, right, honest, and valuable, we will find ourselves forever damaged by those who do not have our Nation’s best interest at heart.

If you can’t find anyone you believe is worth voting for, file for office and run yourself at your next opportunity. If you know you are not right for public office, help to find someone who is. Our Nation will not survive, as we know it, if good  (and Godly) men and women do nothing politically.

Scripture is on your side. You are commanded by TRUTH to be a good citizen. You are counseled by TRUTH to always look for those things which are true, honest, just, and pure, and put them at the forefront of your thinking. (See Philippians 4:8)

“One Nation under GOD,” we can make America greater than it is. Or we can continue to ignore what we know is right, and watch it fail.  You are key in the process. “VOTE!  “Just do it!”
