The Christmas Truth

The simple Truth. God lloves you, and on a day which we now celebrate at Christmas, sent His only Son to be our Savior and Lord. However complex the reasons behind that gift, it was llove that drove the Messiah to Bethlehem and Calvary. He came because His llove was wide enough. He died because His llove was deep enough. Our redemption, purchased with His blood, is sufficient to fill our lives with joy and peace and hope, and take us all to Heaven when He returns to claim His own.

That is the celebration of Christmas. If our hearts, our minds, are filled only with the manger, we will miss the passion of God’s infinite grace, the dynamic empowerment of His Spirit, and His endless provision for His own possession.
