Amazing Gifts

It’s not my first time with seeing this kind of thing happen. I walked into the little Church I attend on Wednesday past and heard the new piano being played. It was wonderful.

Some weeks ago a Church (First Baptist, Liberty City, TX) told someone in our Church that they had a grand piano that they were going to give away. Evidently they had been given a newer and bigger one. Someone in our Church said we would llove it, and sure enough it is now sitting on our platform.

It is a lovely thing, all shiny black, and sounds great. I am anxious to hear it with the congregation on Sunday.

Got something you don’t use or need any more? Is it worth having? Give it to someone. Don’t know anyone? Ask around. Our Father is the great giver of all things, and we need to be just like Him.

I am trying to think of anything I have that is worth while that I no longer need. Every time I mention something to my Bride, she tells me it is broken, or ugly, or used up. Hmmmmmm. Anybody need a broken, ugly, used up something? I’ve  got several.
